Input Requested: Renovation Services For House

  from Sean Bailey, Alumni President

Brothers,

A Request for Proposal (RFP) for Design/Build services is being distributed to area firms this week.  The email being sent out is below and the documents can be found ( here ).  I wanted to share this with you so that you can continue to stay abreast of all that is going on with this renovation project.  Distributing this solicitation is a major milestone in the project – please thank fellow brothers Pat Saad Saba, Albie Esposito, Greg Derby, Kevin Brown, and Lance Schwarz for their effort in putting together this comprehensive document.  We anticipate moving forward with a firm in about one month.

As part of this distribution process, we wanted to make sure we have engaged all the Design/Build firms that should be considered.  Our committee has “cast the net” to determine several qualified area firms – your input and connections can make our net that much bigger.  We do not pretend to know everyone that is out there so if you know of a firm that we should consider for this phase of work, please forward this information onto them.  They should contact Pat Saba at sabapatrick@yahoo.com with questions or follow the instructions in the RFP.

Thank you for your support.

Fraternally,
Sean
