Brothers,

This year marks the 78th anniversary of Alpha Psi and what better way to celebrate than with a night out with brothers and friends.  On Saturday, April 21st, join brothers from all generations to reconnect over a great meal and drinks.  Brother and chef/owner Jason Tepper has graciously offered to close his restaurant to the public on a Saturday for this Theta Chi only event.  La Miche was recently voted the best French restaurant in Montgomery County.  Bring your significant other or fly solo – just be there!

Cost:    $75 per person includes appetizer, main course, dessert, beer/wine, and gratuity – what a bargain!
 
Please reply by April 6th.  We need to ensure that Jason can in fact close the restaurant to the public.
 
Jason has promised a great menu selection that includes:

• Appetizers: Baked Brie, French Onion Soup, Escargot, Baked Mussels, Smoked Salmon Gravlox, Fresh Mozzarella & Tomato, Salad Maison, Caesar Salad
• Entrees: Filet Mignon, Jumbo Lump Crab Cakes, Broiled Salmon, Maryland Rockfish, Duck l'Orange, Shrimp Scallops and Sole over Saffron Rice, Grilled Pork Chop Moutarde
• Desserts: Home Made Sorbets, Profiterolles, Mousse au Chocolat, Tiramisu, Lemon Chiffon, Peach Melba
